When we say service we mean it.

Mastery began because working for other pool service companies left us feeling like we were continuously straying from the deeper meaning of service.

Here are some things we do differently:

Our service is built on a base+chemicals model. We charge a base price for our service and bill separately for the chemicals we use. This allows us to only charge you for the chemicals your pool needs instead of including an average cost of chemicals calculated across the year and across other people’s pools. We purchase chemicals at the best prices we can find and pass those savings on to you.

The same is true for parts. In our opinion, many pool companies charge excessive mark-ups for parts that they source at wholesale pricing. We believe that part of the deal when signing up for a weekly pool service is that we return value to you where it is possible to do so. Something akin to a membership.

That brings us to filter cleans. Weekly service customers can expect reduced rates for filter cleans.

There are no long-term contracts with us.

We document everything we do on the Skimmer app and provide you with service reports with images.
